After more than 13 years planning destination weddings throughout France, one thing has become clear to me: the most unforgettable celebrations are not always the largest ones.
I have had the privilege of planning elegant weddings for couples travelling from the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and many other countries. While some celebrations welcomed hundreds of guests, others brought together only a handful of family members and closest friends.
Some of the most emotional moments I have ever witnessed happened during intimate ceremonies.
I still remember a couple who travelled from California to celebrate their wedding in a private château near Paris. As they exchanged their vows in complete privacy, surrounded by just their parents and siblings, there was a beautiful sense of calm. No distractions, no pressure—only genuine emotion.
