Stéphanie & Francis | An Exclusive Two-Day Destination Wedding in France | September 2026
A celebration of aristocratic elegance, centuries-old family heritage and extraordinary wedding artistry, unfolding across two spectacular worlds within a historic private French estate.
Some weddings are beautiful. Others are spectacular. And then there are those rare celebrations that transcend the idea of a wedding altogether — becoming an extraordinary expression of family history, personal identity, artistic vision and timeless elegance.
Stéphanie and Francis’s wedding was one of those exceptional occasions.
Set within a magnificent, privately owned French château, deeply connected to the groom’s family history, this extraordinary two-day celebration brought together the refinement of French aristocratic heritage, the richness of North African traditions and the grandeur of contemporary luxury wedding design.
For their international guests, many travelling from the United States, it was an invitation into a world rarely accessible to outsiders: the intimate universe of a historic family estate, where centuries of history coexist with deeply personal traditions.
For CTH Events Paris, specialists in luxury destination weddings in France, it represented an ambitious creative and logistical undertaking — two entirely different celebrations, two monumental installations and an extraordinary level of bespoke craftsmanship.
Every detail was conceived to honour the couple’s story while creating an experience of exceptional beauty, sophistication and emotion.
A Private French Estate Where History Becomes Part of the Celebration
There is a profound difference between celebrating a wedding at a beautiful château and celebrating within a château that belongs to the family’s own history.
This extraordinary private estate, located in the French countryside near Paris, embodies generations of architectural heritage, cultivated landscapes and the understated elegance of French aristocratic life.
Its historic chapel, magnificent gardens, remarkable orangery and monumental tree-lined avenue form a setting of exceptional authenticity.
Nothing here was created to resemble the past.
The history is real.
For Stéphanie and Francis, choosing this extraordinary family property meant celebrating their marriage in a place of personal significance, surrounded by the landscapes and architectural details that have shaped generations of family memories.
It was a wedding rooted in heritage, yet entirely contemporary in its artistic ambition.
An expression of what true luxury can be: intimate, meaningful, deeply personal and impossible to reproduce.
For couples considering a private château wedding in France, this celebration illustrates the extraordinary possibilities of creating an event around the authentic character of a historic estate.
Two Days, Two Spectacular Worlds, One Exceptional Vision
The wedding was conceived as a two-day journey through entirely different atmospheres.
Rather than repeating a single aesthetic, we developed two complete environments, each with its own visual language, architecture, culinary experience and entertainment.
The first celebration transported guests into an immersive Berber-inspired village, alive with traditional craftsmanship, vibrant colours, music and extraordinary hospitality.
The second embraced the grandeur of a formal French château wedding, with an intimate ceremony in a historic chapel, a romantic garden cocktail and a monumental candlelit dinner beneath an architecturally designed marquee.
Bringing these two worlds to life required an intensive production schedule spanning more than a week.
While one team constructed the elaborate Berber village, another simultaneously prepared the vast wedding marquee on a separate lawn of the estate.
Each environment demanded its own technical infrastructure, installations, furnishings, lighting, catering arrangements and creative coordination.
The challenge was not simply to create two beautiful events.
It was to deliver two complete and entirely different experiences within a historic private property, respecting its landscape and architectural heritage while achieving an exceptional level of production.
The result was a wedding of extraordinary scale, yet remarkable intimacy.
Day One — A Journey into an Authentic Berber World
An Immersive Celebration of Craftsmanship, Culture and Hospitality
The festivities began with a spectacular transformation.
On one of the château’s expansive lawns, an entire Berber-inspired village had been constructed for the occasion.
Far beyond conventional event decoration, this immersive environment was created to celebrate the authenticity, artistry and generosity of North African traditions.
Handwoven Berber rugs, artisanal wool pouffes, richly textured textiles and traditional handmade furnishings brought warmth and character to every corner.
The decorative objects had been carefully sourced to preserve the integrity of the original craftsmanship.
Nothing felt mass-produced or theatrical.
Instead, guests discovered a world shaped by authentic materials, traditional techniques and a deep appreciation for cultural heritage.
The attention to detail was so remarkable that even the Arabic musicians, familiar with the traditions being celebrated, were impressed by the authenticity of the setting.
Every colour, texture and decorative element contributed to the atmosphere.
The result was not merely a visual spectacle.
It was an experience that guests could feel, explore and inhabit.
The Rhythm of a Traditional Zaffa and an Unforgettable Evening
As the celebration unfolded, the village came alive with music and movement.
A live Arabic orchestra filled the atmosphere with traditional melodies, while dancers and the exhilarating rhythm of a zaffa procession created an extraordinary sense of celebration.
The energy was infectious.
Guests moved effortlessly between music, dancing, conversation and moments of joyful spontaneity.
Later, karaoke brought an unexpected and wonderfully personal dimension to the evening, creating the kind of memories that no amount of choreography could ever manufacture.
The culinary experience was equally immersive.
Traditional tagines, fragrant vegetables, aromatic spices and generous North African dishes were served in a spirit of conviviality and abundance.
Food was not simply part of the evening.
It was an essential expression of the culture, hospitality and warmth that inspired the entire celebration.
For the guests, this first evening became a journey into another world — vibrant, authentic and utterly unforgettable.

Day Two — Timeless French Aristocratic Elegance
A Wedding Ceremony in a Historic Private Chapel
The following day revealed an entirely different atmosphere.
After the colour and exuberance of the first celebration, the wedding day embraced the timeless elegance of the French countryside and the intimacy of a historic family estate.
The ceremony took place within the property’s remarkable medieval chapel, an architectural treasure whose centuries-old character offered an atmosphere of extraordinary authenticity.
Historic stonework, delicate stained-glass windows and beautifully preserved architectural details created a setting of quiet grandeur.
Rather than overwhelming the chapel with decoration, the floral design was intentionally restrained.
Soft arrangements of delicate white flowers complemented the historic interior, allowing the architecture and the emotion of the ceremony to remain at the centre of attention.
The bride’s appearance reflected the same philosophy.
Her impeccably tailored ivory ensemble, sculptural silhouette and elegant veil embodied a refined, almost aristocratic sense of bridal fashion.
Modern couture met historic French heritage.
As Stéphanie and Francis exchanged their vows, surrounded by family and friends, the ceremony felt both deeply intimate and extraordinarily significant.
A moment in which the history of the place became inseparable from the story of the couple.

A Garden of Eden — An Enchanting Cocktail Reception
Following the ceremony, guests entered a magnificent private garden, transformed into an enchanting setting for the wedding cocktail.
For months, the estate’s gardens had been meticulously maintained and prepared for this special occasion.
A romantic labyrinth, carefully cultivated flowerbeds and an elegant orangery created an atmosphere reminiscent of a secluded Garden of Eden.
The preparation had been profoundly personal.
The estate’s gardeners had even cultivated flowers specifically for the wedding, hoping to incorporate blooms grown on the family property into the celebration.
Although an unusually hot summer affected the harvest, the gesture itself captured the spirit of the occasion.
Even nature had been invited to participate in the wedding.
Surrounded by lush greenery, delicate flowers and the historic beauty of the estate, guests enjoyed a refined cocktail reception in an atmosphere of effortless sophistication.
It was the essence of French art de vivre.
A private garden, exceptional hospitality and the rare privilege of celebrating within a place of genuine family history.
A Monumental Wedding Marquee Designed as a Work of Art
Sculptural Drapery, Architectural Grandeur and a Sea of Candlelight
For the wedding dinner and evening celebrations, an extraordinary architectural transformation awaited the guests.
A monumental marquee of approximately 450 square metres had been constructed within the estate, creating an entirely new environment for the reception.
But this was far from an ordinary wedding tent.
The interior was conceived as an immersive architectural composition.
Sweeping layers of fabric, suspended in sculptural formations, flowed across the ceiling, creating dramatic movement and an extraordinary sense of depth.
Softly draped textiles in warm, sophisticated tones brought intimacy to the monumental proportions of the space.
Beneath this spectacular canopy, long banquet tables extended through the reception, dressed with exquisite linens, elegant tableware, delicate floral accents and magnificent silver candelabras.
And then there were the candles.
Hundreds upon hundreds of real candles illuminated the tables, their flames reflected in crystal glassware and polished silver.
Tall taper candles rose above the settings, while generous pillar candles created pools of warm light along the length of the banquet.
As evening fell, the entire marquee began to glow.
The atmosphere was almost cinematic.
A sea of candlelight beneath an extraordinary sculptural ceiling.
Monumental in scale, yet warm, intimate and profoundly romantic.
Every element had been designed to work in harmony — architecture, textiles, table styling, lighting and the natural beauty of the surrounding estate.
It was an extraordinary expression of bespoke luxury wedding planning and design in Paris and France.

A Gastronomic Celebration of France and Italy
For the wedding dinner, the culinary experience reflected the couple’s personalities and their love of exceptional food.
Stéphanie’s affection for Italian cuisine inspired a convivial dining experience, bringing the warmth and generosity of Italian traditions into the refined setting of a French château wedding.
The dinner was catered by M Réceptions, the catering company founded by Michelin-starred French chef Philippe Mille.
The menu celebrated the pleasure of sharing beautifully prepared food, combining Italian inspiration with the sophistication of French gastronomic hospitality.
Around the long, candlelit tables, guests experienced an evening in which exceptional cuisine, elegant service and the joy of being together were equally important.
It was not simply a formal wedding dinner.
It was a celebration of taste, friendship, family and the art of entertaining beautifully.
A Night of Music, Celebration and Unforgettable Emotion
As the evening progressed, the romantic atmosphere of the dinner gave way to an exhilarating celebration.
Live musicians and a spectacular band filled the marquee with energy, transforming the grand reception into a vibrant dance floor.
The couple’s first dance, the joyful laughter of their guests and the cutting of a magnificent raspberry-covered wedding dessert became unforgettable moments.
What made the evening so special was the balance between its extraordinary production and the spontaneity of the celebration.
Nothing felt overly staged.
Despite the scale and complexity of the event, the atmosphere remained wonderfully natural.
Guests laughed, danced and celebrated late into the night, surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight and the beauty of the historic estate.
It was the kind of evening that stays in the memory long after the last song has ended.

Behind the Grandeur — The Art of Exceptional Wedding Production
Creating a celebration of this scale requires much more than imagination.
It demands exceptional planning, technical expertise, artistic direction and meticulous coordination.
Over an intensive production week, two separate event environments were built simultaneously within the grounds of a historic private château.
Each installation required careful management of technical teams, artisans, decorators, caterers, musicians, furniture suppliers and production specialists.
The complexity was heightened by the nature of the property itself.
Working within a historic family estate means respecting its architectural and landscape heritage while accommodating temporary structures, large-scale installations and extensive logistical operations.
Every delivery, installation and transition had to be planned with precision.
Every decorative choice had to respect the artistic vision.
And every operational detail had to remain almost invisible to the guests.
At CTH Events Paris, we believe that exceptional luxury wedding planning is not defined by extravagance alone.
It is defined by the ability to imagine something extraordinary and bring it to life with elegance, intelligence and absolute attention to detail.

For Stéphanie and Francis, the result was a celebration that could never have existed anywhere else.
Two days of extraordinary experiences, rooted in the history of a family estate and brought to life through bespoke artistry, exceptional craftsmanship and a deeply personal vision.
Not simply a wedding at a French château, but a celebration woven into the history of a family estate.
